About Evergreen

A carrier built around keeping the delivery date.

Based in Bolton, Ontario, moving freight for customers across Canada and the United States.

Who we are

We haul freight that has somewhere to be.

Evergreen Transport Inc. specializes in hauling general freight, paper products, canned food and light automotive parts for customers under both contractual and spot-market arrangements.

That mix keeps us useful in two ways. Contract customers get committed capacity on lanes they run every week. Spot-market customers get a carrier that can pick up a load at short notice without treating it as an exception.

Our terminal sits on Commercial Road in Bolton, minutes from the corridors that feed the Greater Toronto Area and the border crossings south of it — which is exactly why the freight we run gets where it is going without an unnecessary detour.

What we stand on

Safety, compliance and customer service.

Three commitments that decide how every load is planned, loaded and driven.

Driver carrying out a pre-trip inspection Safety

Safety

Driver safety protocols and vehicle inspections are non-negotiable parts of the job, applied before the truck moves rather than after something goes wrong.

Customs and compliance paperwork being checked Compliance

Compliance

We adhere to the applicable transportation regulations in both Canada and the United States, including cross-border documentation requirements on every international run.

Customer service

One point of contact who knows your lane, answers the phone, and tells you about a delay before it becomes your problem to explain.

How we operate

Dispatch built to cut downtime, not corners.

Our dispatch and logistics coordination is designed to optimize route efficiency and keep equipment and drivers productive.

RT

Route efficiency

Lanes are planned around hours of service, traffic patterns and border timing so trucks spend their time moving, not waiting.

DT

Minimized downtime

Loads are sequenced to reduce empty miles and idle hours between drops, which keeps rates sensible and equipment turning.

IN

Inspection discipline

Pre-trip and scheduled inspections catch faults in the yard, where they cost an hour, instead of on the road, where they cost a day.

XB

Border readiness

Customs paperwork is prepared and verified in advance so a crossing is a formality rather than a bottleneck.
